Help for a friend's rooster!

Friend needs help with her roo!! Rooster is a sebright, born in April 21, empty crop, comb is normal color, poop is very watery, not eating or drinking, suddenly extremely lethargic, it's not hot or cold outside, was fine earlier today, no lice, rest of flock is fine, feeds medicated pellets and has crumbles too. Any thoughts and or treatments?!

Sadly, he passed away that night. She had a necropsy done and they could not find a reason why he passed.
