HELP FOUND CRUSHED EGG UNDER HEN

Can any one help me!! I just checked my hens eggs as they should be hatching any day and I found this one crushed but STILL ALIVE! I have it in my incubator now.. it is bleeding from one side so I don't peel the shell, right?

It looks very dry, I'd moisten it with a cotton ball in clean oil or water and slowly help, there's no way it can get out on its own.

Once you moisten it, you can see through the membrane to check for blood veins, take clean tweezers and slowly pick a small hole where you don't see veins. Procede carefully, find a guide for you.

Good, is it breathing ok? You need to keep it warm, maybe heat a bag of rice or hot water bottle to sit it on while you work.
