Help! Found Dehydrated Pigeon.

I just found a pigeon stuck somewhere with no water or food for who knows how long the others were dead, and this one might be soon too if I don't help! I put it in a shady place and tried dipping beak in water but it won't drink. PLease help. Ans this is an adult pigeon if that helps

Pigeons need loads of water, and, if I remember correctly, a very deep water dish.
Is this a wild bird or does it have a band?

If it is a wild pigeon, then there must be something seriously wrong with him and others there that are no longer alive.
When you say stuck, does it mean trapped by something??? cage, boards, structure falling???

You may have to dip his beak in the water multiple times. Pigeons drink water like their beak is a straw, they don’t bring their head back to drink.

It was in a grain bin, and I think the door had blown shut on the family a few days ago or something.

Then it most-likely is dehydration, and starvation If possible, take into home, and try to give water even if you have to use a dropper. First try placing beak into some water totally immersing . Offer some sweet peas. (frozen or canned.) That way, gets some hydration with those peas.
You my need to open beak, and place pea into mouth, since pigeon is weak at this point to serve himself.
When recovered,,,,,, SET FREE
