Noticed worse since in house a little when we where on porch

She could also be a bit stressed being separated although it’s best for her as she is not walking
You could try giving brewers yeast in the feed 1tbs to 1cup of feed
Do you have vitamin B complex ?
If it is a niacin issue it’s the best way to help correct it.
