I see no need to lock it. It would just be another thing that the mods will have to do. There's no harm in leaving it open and letting people discuss what they think happened with Capone.

It is undeniably annoying to return to this thread only to find that the latest post is yet another person saying something along the lines of "Is it him?", and discussing what might have happened to him achieves nothing.
