Help!! Frizzle or Frazzle??

What vitamins? I am not sure if its male or female as at like 18 weeks old, it still looks the same.

At 18 weeks if not crowing good chance it's a pullet

SHE is now laying eggs. She seems very healthy but I am still sure she is a Frazzle
