Help/ gangrene’s?!

Few month ago birds attacked my rooster and cut his comb. Now a little of his comb is black. Just wondering if it’s ok and normal or it’s gangrene and I need to do something? He is totally fine and happy.

How does it smell? Foul or no smell gangrene grows I think.

It is probably just from the damage to his comb, and may be scabbed. It will probably eventually heal.

It just came off, was a dried skin over the wound. Thank god
