You'll never get away with having two roosters in that small a space with only six hens. Whenever you run two roosters you should give at least 3-4 sq ft per bird and have at least 5-6 hens per rooster. Just use antibiotic ointment until it heals. Let the feathers come back completely before you put her back or they'll just do it again.
If he still has one good eye let him live, he'll get by just fine. If not he'll make a nice appetizer.
They can smell food and water so if he wants it he'll find it. They will sometimes give up on life completely so right now whatever he will eat you can give him, within reason. But if crackers he'll eat feed him crackers, for example.
Artificial lights confuse young birds systems. They usually cause young birds to molt off cycle as well as sometimes temporarily retarding breeding behavior. I don't use lights on birds that have never laid for this reason.

I was so upset. I swore the other 2 in the cage were females. They have the speckled breasts and all......but they were males. UGH. I separated the males out and have someone coming to get them tonight. But dang!! They are naughty little dudes. I think my injured one is going to make it. He has one eye in tact and the other is swollen shut, but I hope it's still there. I brought him inside and he is eating and drinking. So my fingers are crossed.
