One of my guinea hens has a swollen bump on her head, making the skin fold over the back of the helmet a bit. When I picked her up to examine the lump, I found that it feels like a water balloon. The back of her head and the top of her neck are swollen. I have her isolated, and her poop looks pretty normal, maybe a little more runny than usual. U live in the US so it is probably not swollen head syndrome. her eyes look normal and her breathing sounds fine. Should I pick up some anti-biotics? If so, what kind? Here are some pictures:
