Help, having a problem with one of my chicks!

Sometimes a chick after hatch gets over heated.
To be sure I am correct..does the chick get worse when you startle it? Back up more or bob the head more?

You need to get Vit B in the chick..do you have chick vitamins?

Try to get it to eat scrambled eggs too

She looks fine, just acting weird. All of the other chicks are fine. She is smaller than the others.

Do you mean like a heat stroke? Is there a "home made" way to add vitamin B?. I guess egg whites have a good amount?!

With my last pair of chicks, one had pasty butt and I don't think it was eating much and was way smaller than his buddy at one point (they grow so fast, 3 days makes a huge difference!). He has since almost caught up in size now though. Point being yours may be small due to not eating?

I really don't know what you mean by home made. Vitamin B comes in all forms. You can go to walgreeens and get it in a child dropper too. Most chick vits have Vit B in it. Eggs are for selium. Over heated chick syndrome is lacking in B and selium. I dont know why..I just know those things work.
