Help Help Help - What Breed are these

Hi, I couldn't post the text body with the Pictures- Sorry !!!!!!

I bought 12 of these from Tractor supply in Bessemer, Alabama on 12th April - they are 19 weeks old, I have fed them starter then grower and now layer with some corn scratch.

I have built a chicken coop of 6 by 7 size inside a dog pen of 10 by 20 ( of course no DOG, he has his invisible fence.
when should I expect any, if at all any eggs.

Any advice or suggestion will be welcome.

Thanks, everyone, when shall I expect eggs, they are 19 weeks old and you can see their size today in pictures.

They don't look extremely close to laying, but they are getting there. I would say that you should expect eggs in 2-4 weeks.
