Yikes! Is it alive? Can you see him breathing? What a distressing picture

Yes he is alive, yes he is breathing, and yes he gets around by scooting on his back. I'm not sure how to take care of him once this is over. I was told to put him in a cup to help gain leg strength. IF ANYONE KNOWS PLEASE tell me how to help HULK... I don't want to do the wrong thing here. I just thought of something, WHAT IF THEY TRAMPLE HIM AND KILL HIM.. OH NO>>.

NOT TO SHABBY FOR A FIRST TIME CALL DUCK HATCHING. HUH????

Ok he's not fallen on his back any more I even seen him turn himself over when he did, he also is starting to hold his head up. It's very shaky but he's holding it up.

Hulk is DOING a whole lot better, He fell backwards once but was able to get back up.. he's holding he head up and walking around like a champ, HE IS THE SMALLEST ONE SO FAR.. HA HAHA, In this picture HULK is the one that has his Head on the Stuffed Bunny (black and white Duck). Don't know why but for some reason my babies have always loved this 3 legged stuff bunny. chickens, ducks, you name it they all love it, they crawl on it they poop on it. I think because it holds in heat and its nice an warm for them to lay on..

What an adorable relief!

Hulk should be fine. I had a chick that caused me some anxiety last time around, because its neck was weak and I worried it might get trampled.....so I moved the others 2 rambunctious chicks to the brooder, leaving the floppy necked #3 in the incubator, and by the next morning it had perked right up! S/he will be just fine.

Great job!!! Not without complications, but successful, exciting and SOOOO CUUUTE!!!
Congratulations Momma Duck!!!!

Well I woke up this morning ONLY to find more ducks, I have 9 call ducks now and they have explored there options. I have a bowl for the humidty, they are jumping in the bowl and geting out, it's not really tall so It's not deep they can stand in it when they are in. They are totally distroying the incubator though.... LOL...They are extremely busy and they are trying to help the 10th one out, he made a hole and the rest are taking turns at pecking at the hole. The hole has gotten larger now. The 11th one isn't doing a thing and the weird part about that one is this is the egg that was shaking a day or two ago sooo bad it looked like it was in an earthquake. I'm wondering if perhaps he got turned around and it now upside down? Anything thoughts?
