Help, hen abandon her eggs

I need help fast. I just found my hen two days ago that's been missing for weeks ( I thought she was gone) she was sitting on a clutch of eggs and I moved her today because of dangers of snakes and bugs and now she's abandon her eggs. I have them sitting under a heat lamp at the moment they must be just a few days shy of hatching. I don't have an incubator...... what can I do fast???

Get them to 99 F and 65% humidity and keep it steady until they hatch. They should do well and hatch soon. If they are a few days from hatching they don't need turned.
