You are doing a wonderful job with her. The wound appears to be healing nicely. I believe any raw honey will do. Do you have access to that or to Manuka honey? Do you have a Trader Joe’s nearby? I found Manuka honey there.

I don’t have a Trader Joe’s, but I’m going to look to see if I can get any online

Can you tell if that's muscle showing or inside abdominal cavity?

Pics are hard to determine but yellowish pus look which everyone says is ok is the start of gangrene. If not pus and picture miss I am sorry.

It doesn’t look like gangrene to me. It looks like a deep wound with organs exposed that seems to be getting much better after cleaning and antibiotic ointment. I would keep on doing what I was doing, perhaps try the manuka honey if you want, and hopefully Faith will recover. She is amazing.

I thought it was fitting
