Is the chick in there fully developed?I tried to wipe the blood away with a damp tissue but i couldn't find the place it bled from from and I think the blood is under the inner membrane. I can' pick it up as it won't hold it's shape.

Keep us posted. Keeping this chickie in my thoughtsDay 19. Some of the other eggs the same age are internally pipped.
It moved in my hand when I picked it up but nothing since. I think I might take it out an moisten the membrane, and have a good look at the chick. Is that a good idea? Will I be able to tell if it's dead?I will be honest. The prognosis is not good. Kudos to you for even trying. Keep an eye on the membrane as it may dry out. Is there any movement at all? The chick may have already died.
Thank youKeep us posted. Keeping this chickie in my thoughts

Well so far I can not see it moving because it is in an awkward place in the bator. I might be able to feel it moving when I take it out?Oh dear. If it does not move it is dead. Hoping for the best![]()
