HELP!!! Hen foot curled and struggling to walk!!

I would suggest keeping her separated from the rest of the flock temporarily, maybe keep her in the house for a little while. Set her up in a dog crate or something with soft towels and/or dog training pads so shes surrounded by soft surfaces and can't injure herself. Then just monitor her for a few days. If you don't see any improvement maybe take her to an exotic vet.

*also, I notice she is on brick. Does she spend her days on hard surfaces like this? If she does, then its probably even more likely she injured it by falling incorrectly on it or something.

I truly hope that it isn’t Mareks. It strikes young chickens usually from 5-30 weeks on average, but can happen later. Have you added any new birds to your flock in recent months? Some chickens can bring it into the flock as a non-symptomatic carrier. Here is some reading about Mareks:

There is only her and her sister and they hate been separated So I wouldn’t want to separate them and stress her even more. They mainly spend most of their time in the flower beds or on the grass but she can’t get that far at the minute. Thanks for the help

I would suggest getting it checked out by a vet. My local vet charges $50 to look over chickens, so it's not extremely expensive, it's worth it.

Ok thank you I will give it a few more days as she seems to be getting better as she is walking normally but still struggles to go far

It is good that she is walking more normally. Are her toes curled under? If so, hopefully the B complex with riboflavin will help.
