HELP! hen sitting on only egg? What do you think? This one is a little complicated

Candled again and no internal pip but lots of movement still. Cannot say for sure but the air sac looked bigger. I think, Eithier this egg was mostly sitting in a bad spot due to the amount she was trying to sit on and is way delayed, like its really day 18 for it now or its malpositioned.

Leave it alone.... and wait.
It may be a few days behind because of the cooling incidents.

Just wanted to check as sure it was a quiter and candled and the air sac has grown a unmistakable amount and still lots off movement that looks normal. However i already picked up a 2 - 3 day old chick to put under her tonight. I have no doubt she will except the chick but afraid she may abondon this egg after, I do have a incubator but would like to see a this happen as nature attended.
Thoughts? Whats the chances? This hen has been sitting on eggs for a month now, she is getting plently of food and water since I moved her inside 4 days ago. She leaves one small dog sized poop outside the brooder by the bedroom door a day and looks very healthy. Is introducing this chick tonight a mistake or a godsend at this point. Weigh in quickly because unless Im convinced not to it will happen in a hour

I think I might have kept the new chick inside until the egg hatches, since you were still seeing movement in the egg.

Has the air cell drawn down?
