HELP! Hen with CONSTANT Diahorea, loosing feathers!

So for the past week one of my hens has been having a lot of Dioahrea and seems to have lost quite a bit of features around the bottom, she still acts normal but sometime sounds as if she’s in pain when pooing?

please could someone help me identify what is wrong with her as I cleaned her bottom this morning and the image below shows it all?

She has constant runny thin poo almost like water when she does poo

She’s only a year old as well

Her vent looks distended.
Is she laying?
Is her belly swollen like a water balloon, from just below vent to in between legs?
What all and how exactly are you feeding?
Any other birds having issues?

This is what I do when I have a bird that is acting 'off'.
I isolate bird in a wire cage within the coop for a day or two....so I can closely monitor:
-their intake of food and water,
-crop function(checking at night and in morning before providing more feed),
-and their poops.

Feel their abdomen, from below vent to between legs, for squishy or hard swelling.
Check for external parasites or any other abnormalities.

Best to put crate right in coop or run so bird is still 'with' the flock.
I like to use a fold-able wire dog crate (24"L x 18"W x 21"H) with smaller mesh(1x2) on bottom of crate under tray.
Then you can put tray underneath crate to better observe droppings without it being stepped in. If smaller mesh is carefully installed, tray can still be used inside crate.

Hi, I’m in the UK so not too hot or cold here right now, she’s still laying I think and still eating and drinking, she’s seems normal health wise and has improved with the bottom looking more normal and better since cleaning it and keeping her in a small coop for the past couple days so hope she keeps improving
