Last night was pretty terrible. One of my incisions is 100x more painful than the others and I'm not sure why, but I've never wept and shaken from pain like that before.
Despite my protests, Lane is going to call the doctor today, so we shall see.
Besides that, I'm feeling pretty good.

I like to hunt with my truck on the way to work in the mornings. Crank up the radio and heater and just dare something to cross my path.

Road hunting! My d bag ex and I would chase jackrabbits through fields. He’d be hanging out the window blasting after them, I’d be driving. That was fun.

No skunk today but raccoon #7 that had been managing to get eggs out of the trap without being caught. It got one out this time but tripped the trap when it went back after the second egg.

Yes, I have them set too. I caught two raccoons and one skunk with the DPC traps this year.

Finally got one on camera. Yes it did move the trap but the camera didn't catch the trap being moved.

One of these days I'm going to try deer again. I had some at a restaurant once but either it wasn't very good or I didn't like it. I'd like to make jerky from venison. I've heard that's really good. My bison jerky always turns out fantastic.

It's the best. Once you go deer jerky, you never go back.

It is not hard to cook, but a lot of people ruin it. My fried tenderloin is famous around here.
