On Monday, I had an appointment in Keene and I had to stop to get dewormer for my horses, so I went to Cheshire Horse. As it turns out this is the last week of chicks and they had oodles. One bin had feather footed bantam cochins. I couldn't help myself....

Why is this a problem....I went from 18 layers to 18 layers, 4 mixed bantams, 3 Indian Runners and now these wee-ones.....

My light bantam brahma chicks look exactly like your little black/gray ones with white/gray wings. I think they look like little penguins. Do you know what hatchery they came from?

Cute chicks. Sara there is a chickaholic annon. organization but the last time i tried to call them the recording said they were all out buying chicks. Hmmmm. Guess that's not really helping huh? lol
