Help! I found this little guy and appears to have a little lump

I recently found this little guy roaming around the area. I got him and saw he has a lump not sure what it is. I’m worried about him. It’s not avian pox? What do I do?

Do you have any supplies for/experience in caring for quail?

Quail will sometimes form those lumps on top of their beaks. It's thought that its caused by constantly bumping their head into the wire cage, trying to find a way out. It isn't cancerous or any thing that's contagious.
