Help! I have a one month old chick who accidentally got slammed in my room door

I was leaving my room , the door was getting closed on the way and slammed my chick in the body. He cant walk. Could only lift his head for some time to drink water. I don’t know what to do. Please help

Photo’s? He could be in shock. Did the door harm his head in any way? I’m assuming he’s acting lethargic, so keep giving him water and food. The best thing you can do at the moment is to keep him as comfortable as he can be.

He has a swollen area in his chest and he can’t walk at all, he eats every now and then but gets tired, he can flap around using his body but can’t walk. I’m giving him vitamin B and electrolyte water. Also I’ve been giving him egg yolk. I don’t know what else to do. He cheeps sometime but he’s really weak
