I live in South Asia, they dye chicks for attracting buyers. I personally hate this. It should be considered animal cruelty. Chicks aren’t toys!That is is odd, why would he do that to a chick?

Hot water bath? I am not that experienced with brooding chicks but I don't think you should be doing that. I would worry he would get chilled!Yes I’ve been giving him a hot water bag time to time

Okay i'll do thatHe needs a real heat source. Do you have a heat lamp or a brooder plate he can use? Even a heating blanket would work. He needs real heat of rat least 6 weeks. Cold chicks are more likely to get pasty butt. Have you checked him for pasty butt too? Just to be safe.
