Prolapsed vent? I don't think soaking is indicated for that, you may just be intoducing bacteria into the inside of her. Let me tag @Eggcessive, one of our Educators, for assistance.

Can you post closer up and clearer pictures of what's going on? As well as give more details, age of bird, how long it's been going on, what you have done so far, when she last laid, etc. The more information available, the better help can be given.

Welcome to BYC. @Postylovingigi does she have a prolapse? A better picture of the vent in good light would be helpful. Have you seen any moving maggots on the area? Those have to be removed if there. Keep it moist with vaseline or Neosporin ointment, so it doesn’t dry out.
