Help, I hear the chick inside of the egg but it won't externally pip

So yesterday at about dinner time i heard the egg chipring ever so slightly. I thought wow it's finally hatching! There is no external pip yet, but it sounds strong (It's been 14 hours since i first heard it). I dont now what to do so if anybody knows what to do, or if this is normal?

Yeah, it can take them awhile. Hatching is hard work.

What are your temps and humidity? What kind of egg is it?

It is a silkie bantam egg my temps are about 97F 98F and humidity is around 60
It is chirping like crazy
you can also hear him tapping on the egg

I think its shell is to thick

I’d leave it be...hatching takes awhile sometimes a long time over 24 hours even after external pip..what day you on ?

21, soo yeah there's properly nothing to worry about, however it has pipped now. But it's upside down? does this effect it or?

It pipped at the small end?

If it's upside down turn the egg so the pip is to the side and closer to the top. Air cell must of been facing down instead of up..
