Don't be nervous! Incubation is a ton of fun (but can be nerve wracking at times). I've hatched two rounds of quail in the Janoel with great success, and I think it's a very good incubator for the price and size. However, the original instructions are in poor English, so it's best to look up an instructional video when it comes to adjusting settings.
That particular incubator doesn't have very decent insulation. I wrapped a towel around the base, which seemed to help keep the temperature stable. Some people find that adding water to the reservoir makes the humidity too high. If that happens to you, you can put a small container of water under the shelf or in with the eggs (put a piece of sponge in the container at lockdown to prevent drowning). It's also a good idea to put a sheet of plastic shelf liner under the eggs at lockdown to prevent splay leg.
As long as your temperature stays stable (99.5F) and humidity isn't extreme, you have a very good chance of getting chicks. Don't be afraid to candle your eggs throughout incubation in order to check on development and remove empties. Quail are sweet little birds, and very quick to hatch.
