HELP!! I need to know what this desies is so i can treat it

I have 16 chickens and one of them I noticed was fatter than to others and she wasnt eating ANY bread.... So my mom picked her up and checked her vent for a sign of an egg and she didnt have one she was very sensitive around her vent and she put her hackles up and went crazy then she died like 30 seconds later..
Any one have any ideas of what she could have got and could it effect the rest of the flock? and how to treat the rest of the flock??

what was her regular diet?

It was Layena w/ diatomaceous Earth, oyster shells and Omega3 mix.. and some table scraps ( bread veggies fruit treats kind of things but not stuff that would change the taste of there shell )
