He needs chick crumbles, you'll have to go to your local feed store. You can get a heat lamp there too.

It’s not a chicken so I don’t think chicken feed would be good for it?

Are you sure it's not just grown up and ready to leave the nest? I will die VERY easily to stress even if it looks comfortable.

What's the temp?

Currently, it's 10:22 pm for me and it's 28 degrees Celsius. During the day temperatures can go up to 30+ degrees celcius

No, it still doesn't have the full feather covering
