No, that wouldn't hurt them Your hatch might end up being a little late though because of the low temperature start.

When you candle, you're looking for this:

That's an egg on day eight of incubation. If you see that, they're alive and well.

If you see no veins there's no life there You can give them until day 10 to be sure but I don't think you've got anything in there. Could be they just weren't fertile, or there was an incubator temp spike you weren't aware of that killed them.
