My Leghorn is 8 months old. Two weeks ago she stopped laying, is dropping feathers and her comb is a dark pink (was red) and I think it's SHRINKING!!!!!

What do I do lol????

Don't worry, she's just going through a molt!

All classic signs of the molt. Her reproductive system will shrink down to the size it was before she was laying, as her body throws everything into re-growing feathers. Takes a few weeks to two months depending on the bird.

Combs go through dramatic changes during molting. They can shrink down to an unrecognizable size and shape and color. I have a Speckled Sussex who normally sports a proud, red, stand-up-tall straight comb. During molt, it goes very pale, lays over her head like a pancake and shrinks to a shadow of its former self. After molt is finished, she gets her mojo back, and the comb is once again erect and proud and bright red.
