Help identifying age and breed of adopted hen

Hello everyone
I have adopted a hen that I know nothing about in regards to age or breed. She is a very tiny bird compared to my other hens but has not laid any eggs. We adopted her around the beginning of November. Any help is much appreciated!

I think she is a Cochin bantam... and is probably young as she has no color to her wattles and comb.. here is mine...
