Help identifying chicks

My daughter's kindergarten class hatched 5 eggs. They are now 16 days old. I'm thinking they are white leghorns. 3 have tan spots on the back of their heads, 2 don't. Is it possible to tell if they are male or female yet? My HOA won't let me have roosters

Definitely seem like leghorns. Still too early to tell gender unless you vent sex them

Possible leghorns and it's to early to tell gender. They sure are cute though.
