Help identifying mystery chick

I'm new to raising chickens, when can I let her out of jail? I want her to get exercise and not grow too big!

These are my first chickens, and I don't currently have a coop for them as I was under the impression that they had to be indoors/somewhere temperature controlled until they were a minimum of 6 weeks old. Right now the Cornish X is about 5 weeks and the rest are 4 weeks old.

My whole hatch of 7 Ameraucana chicks were outside on the porch at 3 weeks old
