3rd looks like a Wyandotte mix.

Those all look like cross breeds or mixed breeds. Even the Naked Neck.

I have no idea. How large is it? Turkens themselves grow rather large.

#2 is a Delaware rooster. I can't saw how well he conforms to breed standards, but he's a handsome fellow.

1-can't help you more than he's a mix
2-hatchery-quality Delaware
3-due to muffs, likely D'Anvers or Easter Egger cross
4-Naked Neck crossed with likely a Rose Comb Bantam. Super interesting cross, never seen such a beautifully feathered chicken with a naked neck!
5-Probably Old English Game mix
