Help Ill quail chick ??

I just hatched two quails and one is happy healthy very energetic and loves attention the other however is struggling to stand not really eating or drinking falling over and can’t get back up I was wondering if anyone knows whats wrong and what I can do there a little over 24 hours old

You do get the odd chick that just doesn't seem to recover from hatching. Once they get to about 4 days old they are hardy after that, but any that aren't going to make it tend to die within the first few days. You could try some poultry vitamin drops but if something hasn't developed quite right with it, then there isn't much you can do unfortunately.
