Hi!
Im new to this so please tell me if youd advise differently and please dont judge.
I am on my first try incubating eggs at home. When I put the eggs in I done it over the week. 2 eggs daily monday-friday im on day 21 for the monday eggs and so far no movement. I opened the incubator to add more water and I think ive a bad egg. Is it ok to open again to check which one it is how would yous recommend doing this so the humidity levels dont drop to much. Im really hopeful for at least 2 to hatch going by checking a few days ago and I dont wanna kill any
TIA mother hen ;)

have you candled them? xx

yes. when I last checked I removed any that didnt take. Im afraid now that I might have killed one or more judging by the smell when I was adding the water

If the eggs are from ducks then you must stop opening bator at day 25! For a chicken its day 18 you should stop opening bator! (by the way, the humidity needs to be highish for duck eggs)

Yea ive stopped opening it I did once during that time to add more water. How do I remove them without opening it to find the bad one/s
