HELP Incubator AND Broody / DAY 22 no pip or peep from bator

The previous chicks bottom seems to be shrinking. But the last chick hatched a couple hours ago, with what appeared to be an “umbilical cord” still attached. It eventually fell off but I’m noting she’s teally struggling, and upon further inspection, has swelling in her abdomen and a swollen area on the left of her neck. Can I do anything? Should I give her nutridrench and antibiotics? Or is this hopeless

Leave it alone because it's absorbing yolk and just needs sleep in a container on paper towels. Leave in the incubator or Brooder..
 
Ok. She’s cheeping And flailing around because she’s trying to stand but can’t because her neck won’t straighten out. Is that part of the same problem?
Possibly..Definitely leaving it is the best because aspiration on fluids is an issue. It needs to be confined to a container if you want to try to save it. I personally cull if no hope.
