Help incubator problems involving an egg

Alright so I just went down to check my eggs and I was going to pick one up to look at it and it was stuck in the turning tray!!! Should I try to pour some water on it to loosen it I don't know how it got stuck. Please help !!!!

I know I was so worried but a little bit of water and it was out and no damage to the egg
