We moved themoutside last night - couldn't wait any longer! Those poor young'uns really needed more room. Plus their messes were getting ridiculous and hard to keep up with. They like their new home! But they don't like when I leave, haha! I sat on the floor of the coop with them for a while and once they figured out their territory and had a good bite to eat, Crook laid down in front of my legs and nuzzled/nibbled my hand and wrist while letting me pet and massage his neck and chest, that was a first! And then they all came and laid in a row and did the same, ahhhh :love

@Lacrystol I just noticed tonight that "Twister" has been carrying his neck crooked right at the base of the skull and looks around like he's constantiy cocking his neck. He is the most skiddish out of the bunch and would go almost insane trying to escape if he was frightened while in the brooding box - I think he may have hurt his neck trying to scale over the side. Does he just need vitamin E like you suggested for Crook when he had his neck issue?

By the way, Crook also ate his first moth as soon as he spotted it on the floor of the coop. My husband cheered like somebody made a touchdown - he's *ahem*... afraid... of moths.

Heehee that's funny right there! Way to go Crook!

How was your first nights sleep with them outside?
