Are your eggs still on the turner disc? if yes remove and replace with non slippery bottom for chicks traction when hatched.

If it happens again, there is a little wire plug (mini socket) in there that control the fan. Sometimes it get dislodge, happened on our Brinsea when we cleaned it.
