Help! Injured 5 day old chick -

Help!! Got a chick that is all of a sudden unable to bear her weight on her right leg. It is swollen at the area that would be an ankle if she had human anatomy. She hasnt been dropped. The only time she is handled is once a day butt cleanings/checks for everyone. She was fine at noon. What should I do!!???
