Help...Injured hen, worse than I thought w/**pic**

My SLW had a wound like that. I just applied neosporin twice a day. My vet said I could superglue the edges of the skin if I wanted, but I wasn't up for that. She healed really quickly and was feather again after a couple of months.
 
Good luck with her. I think keeping it clean and not letting it dry out,

I would try to give her some yogurt and do try to give her as much water as you can.

Has anyone ever used Nu-Stock instead of neosporin or other ointments???

Is sounds like amazing stuff and was wondering if anyone else has stumbled across it.

I have never used it. but if it is an antibiotic ointment with no pain reliever in it. I would give it a try.​
