My chicken is a white polish male who is around the age of 5-6 months I believe and he is acting funny. He is standing in a big ball an isn’t really moving. Over here In Florida its been cold lately and it started when around the time when it was cold.

Whats ventilation like in your coop? Have his poops been normal? Is he eating and drinking? How cold exactly? Hows the rest of the flock?
There was one other chicken before him that acted the same but that chicken looked like it was gaging. That chicken sadly passed away but that was a few months ago in December. The other chickens are acting normal, maybe its because he is really small? when I pick him up he is not heavy and his legs are really thin. The ventilation in the chicken coop I would say is fine because I have a walk in metal cage coop.

Another thing to note is that his dropping are very small and I noticed it is bubbly and looks like diarrhea. It might be coccidiosis?

From the pic i looks like he has No room to move anywhere. The lamp box and four walls seem to restrict his moving in any direction. Have you looked for a wound from another bird? Bring him inside for care. Call Exotic Avian vet asap if he continues to not move once he has more space.

I have him inside under a heat lamp with food and water.

Make sure he has enough space to get away from the heat if he wants to.

Warmth is often good when a chicken is ill, but you don't want to overheat him either.

If he seems unwilling to move at all, then you could check with a thermometer to make sure it's close to the right temperature. I see that casportpony recommended 80-95 degrees, so a bit warmer than room temperature but not so hot he or you gets burned.

How does he react when you pick him up. Did you look for wound from another bird? Can you put a perch in his cage.. When a bird lays on his belly he simply has a hard time breathing. He has air sacks along with lungs. Try putting him on a perch this takes pressure off his breast and crop this may help him relax a bit.
