Help! Is This Normal???

Hi y'all!
I am in a bit of confusion:
My eggs are supposed to hatch early Tuesday morning (it is Sunday evening over here for yall who aren't in the West Coast) but for some weird reason one of the chicks started pipping just now-

Is this normal??? I've never heard of an egg hatching a day and a half early.

It's not going to hatch right now.
It will probably hatch tomorrow... Which will be one day early.

The spot this egg is in might be a little warmer.

Update: 2 eggs are pipping on the narrow end of the egg. I've read that whatever side it pips, to just let nature take its course, but I wanted to know- is it okay that they pip at the narrow end? I've had the broad end up the entire time.

Chicks that pip on the wrong end can hatch by themselves, but I watch these ones carefully and prepare to assist if they don't progress normally - they often seem to have difficulty hatching.
