HELP...I've lost 2 chickens in the last 3 days.

I've never seen a Leghorn with legs that thick. How much does the bird weigh? I'm voting possible broiler birds, they will die from heart issues if grown too long, and their legs will give out eventually.

Looks like coccidiosis to me so treatment should be started today.
Curious as to what makes you say that, when the poop is well formed and coated in white urates and the bird has it's eyes open and appears alert in all the photos? With coccidiosis I would expect the faeces to be runny or mucous or bloody and the bird to look dull eyed or have eyes closed with it's neck pulled into it's shoulders in a hunched posture.

Just trying to clarify the situation for the OP so that they can make a clear treatment decision because treating with Corid can potentially hinder a bird with Marek's. They need the B complex Vitamins to support their neurological system and Corid blocks Vitamin B1 in order to starve the coccidia, so supplementation is avoided until Corid treatment is over.

I am located in Tewksbury MA. My daughter brought me the chickens home from Vermont in July. They are only a few months old. Where can I bring them for a necropsy? I don't even know of a vet around here that I can take them to. This is my first time having chickens. They have been healthy & happy until just recently. I'm sending my husband to Tractor supply now to buy Cordid and I'll try that today.
There’s an animal vet in Methuen on where 28 and 213 meet it might actually be acrossed the Salem nh line it’s right at the exit it has been years since I’ve been there

I'm from Nashua. I use Dr. McGee for my goats but not sure if he treats chickens. You can try https://lunenburgvethospital.com/services/birds-avian-medicine/
I don't know anything about them but they treat birds...
