Thank you for your help! I was freaking out there for a bit! This is my first time with broody hens. My husband and I decided to go ahead and let them try it! We have another hen who did the same thing, hatched one then left the nest completely. Is that normal?
 
@Sleek28 The yellowish bulge seems to be coming out more....is that what you were saying is the yolk sac?

Yes that is the yolk sac. It might’ve hatched a bit early. It should be absorbed by now, but keep me posted.
This pic was just a few seconds ago. I was looking at her and this thing kind of popped. It has some yellowish liquid in it. Now it seems to be empty hardened tissue. I assume this will continue to dry out and fall off? And whatever hole in her this came out of will close up and heal? Do I need to clean this area with anything to prevent infection?
