Help!, layers anus out!

Help me out, my chicken died and its whole anus was sticking out!

Earlier i noticed some eggs had textured stretches and a drop of blood on them sometimes.

Does this have anything to do with the death of this chicken?

I never seen it in the chicken before, just over night she died. does lack of vaccine cause that?
