You guys…I’ve had the worst luck with this batch of chicks.
Long story short, one of the littles jumped out of the brooder (didn’t even realize they could jump that high yet) and was out in the garage a lot of the night. It did rain and our garage does collect water. We found her this morning and put her back and she was mobile and chirping at me. I saw her eat and drink. I then noticed she was really sleepy but I just figured she was tired from her adventure. Well in then noticed she was occasionally gasping. I went and grabbed her and her breathing sounds like this. Someone please help 😭

Sounds like beginning pneumonia to me.
I would get it on some antibiotics immediately but it might not make it if too young.
How old?
She’s between like 1.5-2 weeks. I’m assuming I would need to order antibiotics?

Sorry this happened. While awaiting help, please describe what you have done for it so far. Have you given anything to eat or drink, how are you providing warmth, etc.
She has chick starter/grower. 20% protein. I did she her drink just plain water this morning. I have her wrapped in a towel in my arms currently but they have a brooder plate in their brooder. Should I offer some electrolyte or sugar water?

Wouldn't hurt.

When you found her, was she wet, cold, shivering? Standing huddled, hunched up, running around? Cheeping loudly?
