HELP lethargic puffy chivks

They are doing a little better but still more quite than usual. I'm worried about the youngest. They are all still eating and drinking. The oldest is doing the best. :)

Hope your tiny girls are recovering!

Hope is all better. Goldie still not doing great but hanging in there. :)

Are they showing any other symptoms? I wonder if it's something other than coccidiosis? They've been on meds long enough they should all be getting better...so sorry about the one you lost, that's heart breaking

She's showing no other symptoms. Yesterday she was great today she is bad again. Little Heidi had blood in stool towards the end. I'm really thinking it coccidiosis. Just hitting her really hard. I'm back to hand feeding her with a syringe and giving her fluids that way. We are praying she makes it. Her little friend Hope made a full recovery.

Yes that does sound like cocci...someone posted in my thread that you can mix 2tsp of corid with 2tsp of water and give just a drop or two by syringe a few times a day to get some concentrated meds in them if they are very ill. I didn't try that, but it may help you're little one. Are you doing 2tsp corid per gallon of water? I've also read if they survive a week they are on the mend, good luck I hope she gets better!!
