HELP Limping chicken

Warm water i'm sure would be better also, I have had chickens limp before but it was when something has gotten caught in their foot or pierced through like a stick or small nail. I agree with ChickNanny13 about using the epsom salts, it should help. I also agree with what kikisgirls said about it being those 3 problems.

The problem is that there are not cuts, swelling, or heat as far as I can tell. Well the foot is wonky where she got bit as a chick but that never bothered her before

Update: I took her to the vet today. He took some x-rays and said she probably broke/hurt some ligaments in her hock. He put a cast on her and we’re going back in a week.

I’ve put her in the basement with her silkie friend because the cast can’t get wet.

He also gave some pain and anti inflammatory medications so she can walk on it more. Her bones and muscles in her bad leg was getting weaker from not standing on it for so long.
